In short

A basic listing on escort-ellada.gr is free of charge. Where there is no payment there is no paid contract, and nothing to withdraw from. The statement below applies to paid options, once and if they are offered.

Who this applies to

This right belongs to consumers — natural persons entering into a contract for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Advertisers acting in the course of a business have no statutory right of withdrawal. Because the distinction is not always clear-cut, we apply the statement below to every advertiser who books a paid option.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

— of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged a fee for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your listing is a digital service. If you ask us to begin providing it during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed — that is, once your listing has been published — provided that you expressly requested this and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

We obtain both confirmations from you at the point of booking, as a separate, deliberate step. If you do not give them, your listing is published after the 14-day period has run.

If performance has begun with your consent but is not yet complete when you withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided, calculated against the full contract price.

Cancelling without withdrawing

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel a recurring paid listing at any time from your dashboard, with effect from the end of the current billing period. You can also pause your listing at any time at no cost. See our Terms of Service.
