Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website, escort-ellada.gr ("the Directory"), is operated by Kavala Online · Marcus Jacobi, Posidonos 28, 65302 Kavala, Greece ("we", "us"). Contact: info@kavala-online.com.

These terms govern the use of the Directory by two groups: advertisers, who publish a profile, and visitors, who browse it. By creating an account or by using the Directory you accept these terms.

Our Privacy Policy and Imprint form part of these terms.

2. What we sell — and what we do not

We sell advertising space. Nothing else. The Directory is a classified-advertising platform on which independent adult advertisers publish their own listings. It is not an agency, not a booking platform and not an intermediary.

We wish to be explicit about the following:

• No contract of any kind comes into existence between us and a visitor regarding an advertiser's services. Any arrangement is made directly and exclusively between the visitor and the advertiser.
• We take no commission, no percentage and no fee from anything an advertiser earns.
• We do not arrange, broker, schedule or supervise meetings, and we operate no booking system.
• We do not advertise, offer or procure sexual services. Advertisers describe their own time and companionship on their own responsibility.

Where an advertiser pays us, the payment is for the placement and visibility of her advertisement — never for a service rendered to a visitor.

3. Who may use the Directory

The Directory contains adult content. Access is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years of age and for whom such content is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Advertisers must be at least 18 years of age, must act on their own behalf and must be legally entitled to advertise their services. We verify the phone number of every advertiser and review every profile by hand before it becomes visible. We may request proof of age and identity at any time and may refuse or remove a profile if it is not provided.

Advertising a third party, or advertising on behalf of an agency without disclosing it, is not permitted.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

One person may hold one account. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard; see section 10.

5. Your profile content

By uploading text, photos or video to the Directory you confirm that:

• the content is truthful and describes you, not somebody else;
• you are the person depicted, or you hold the documented consent of every person depicted to publication on this website;
• every person depicted was at least 18 years of age when the material was created;
• you own the rights to the material or are otherwise entitled to publish it, including any photographer's rights;
• the content does not infringe anyone's rights and breaks no applicable law.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, adapt in size and format, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Directory. This licence ends when the content is deleted, save for copies retained in backups until they expire.

The following is not permitted and leads to immediate removal: any depiction of, or reference to, minors; content suggesting coercion, trafficking or exploitation; another person's photographs or identity; explicitly pornographic imagery; contact details of third parties; illegal offers of any kind.

6. Review, publication and removal

Every profile is reviewed by hand before it goes live. Review normally takes less than 12 hours. We may decline a profile without giving detailed reasons, and we may remove or hide a published profile if it breaches these terms, if we receive a credible complaint, or if we are required to do so by law.

There is no entitlement to publication, to a particular position in the listing, or to uninterrupted availability of the Directory.

If we remove a paid listing for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion of the period you paid for. If we remove it because of a breach of these terms, no refund is due.

7. Price and payment

A basic listing on the Directory is free of charge and does not expire. No payment details are required to publish a profile.

A free listing has the following limits:

• 3 photos are displayed. You may upload more. The remainder stay stored in your account and are shown again if the listing is upgraded. Nothing is deleted.
• Your contact details are not shown on the page. A visitor has to request them explicitly, and we release them only through our server.
• 5 contact requests per calendar week are passed on (Monday to Sunday, counter resets each Monday). Requests beyond that are refused, recorded, and reported to you by e-mail.

These limits may be adjusted. Registered advertisers are notified by e-mail before a change that reduces the scope of a free listing takes effect, as set out in section 13.

Paid options may be offered in addition. Where they are, the price, the billing period and the scope are stated on the relevant page before you commit, and the price includes any applicable VAT. Nothing is charged without your prior, explicit confirmation.

A recurring paid listing renews at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, with effect from the end of the current period. Amounts already paid for a period that has begun are not refunded on cancellation, without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal under section 8.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable EU consumer law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The full statement, including how the right ends when a listing is published immediately at your request, is set out on our separate Right of Withdrawal page.

While the Directory is free of charge there is no paid contract and therefore nothing to withdraw from.

9. Pausing your listing

You can pause your listing at any time from your dashboard. It disappears from the Directory immediately; your photos and details remain in your account. Switch it back on and you are visible again within seconds — no new registration and no new review. After six months of continuous pause we deactivate the profile. We do not delete it.

10. Ending the agreement

You may delete your profile or your entire account at any time from your dashboard. This takes effect immediately.

We may terminate the agreement and close an account with immediate effect where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, where content is unlawful, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a person depicted has not consented or is not of age. Otherwise we may terminate with 14 days' notice by e-mail.

Data retention after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the Directory available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical faults and interruptions at our providers can make it temporarily unreachable.

Profiles are written by advertisers. We do not verify the accuracy of their descriptions, photographs, prices or availability, and we are not liable for them. Equally, we are not liable for the conduct of visitors or for anything that is agreed or happens between a visitor and an advertiser.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law provides for liability. In cases of ordinary negligence we are liable only for the breach of an obligation essential to the purpose of this agreement, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical of such a contract. Any further liability is excluded.

12. Reporting a problem

If you believe a profile is unlawful, depicts you without your consent, uses your photographs, or gives you reason to suspect coercion or a person under 18, write to info@kavala-online.com. Reports of this kind are treated as urgent. The profile is taken offline while we look into it, and we report to the competent authorities where the law requires it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms where there is a valid reason to do so — a change in the law, in our service, or in the way we are paid. Registered advertisers are notified by e-mail at least 30 days before a change that is not purely to their advantage takes effect. If you do not accept the change you may delete your account before it takes effect; continued use afterwards counts as acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the remainder stays in force.
